Welcome to the Scyene Solutions Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to join the Affiliate Program.
1.2 Participation is open to individuals and businesses that comply with local laws and regulations.
1.3 Scyene Solutions reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Affiliates must accurately represent Scyene Solutions and its products or services in all communications.
2.2 Affiliates are prohibited from making false claims, using misleading advertising, or engaging in unethical marketing practices.
2.3 Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Scyene Solutions in all promotional activities as required by law.

3. Commission Structure

3.2 Affiliates Pro Plan users will earn:

• 40% Commission for direct referrals (Level 1).
• 5% Commission for indirect referrals (Level 2) 

3.3 Affiliates Pro Plus Plan users will earn:

• 40% Commission for direct referrals (Level 1).
• 10% Commission for indirect referrals (Level 2) 

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payments will be made via [Payment Method] within 30 days of the end of each month.
4.2 Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and any applicable tax documentation.
4.3 Scyene Solutions is not responsible for delays or failures in payment due to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.

5. Program Promotion Guidelines

5.1 Affiliates are provided with marketing materials, resources, and tools to promote Scyene Solutions.
5.2 Affiliates must adhere to the brand guidelines and use only approved materials when promoting Scyene Solutions.
5.3 Spamming, unauthorized email campaigns, or any other form of illegal or unethical advertising is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
6.2 Scyene Solutions reserves the right to terminate affiliates who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or damage the company’s reputation.
6.3 Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions for activities that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Scyene Solutions’ trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for promoting the program.
7.2 Affiliates may not modify, alter, or use Scyene Solutions’ intellectual property in any unauthorized way.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

8.1 Scyene Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.
8.2 Affiliates participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own marketing efforts and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Modification of Terms

9.1 Scyene Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the affiliate portal.
9.2 Continued participation in the program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
10.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
