- Working with leadership to establish sale strategies, and other key advisor assets to assist in lead generation and conversions.
- Nurturing leads via email, phone and text within a timeframe that is consistent with best practices.
- Addressing customer service inquires in a timely manner and escalating issues if and when needed.
- Keeping detail notes and accurate status updates for each prospect and user.
- Up-selling when appropriate.
- Maintaining a good record of accounts sold along with associated users.
- Always giving 150% to prospects, users and stakeholders.
- Being a team player.
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills.
- Maintaining a HIGH VALUE SYSTEM at all times.
